You You are a Brand Designer or Creative Director who seeks to own and evolve our brand experience across all user touchpoints. You have expertise building and leading teams of designers and creatives to amplify admirable brands to the world. You’ve worked in large marketing and brand organizations where collaboration is critical and have a capacity for big picture thinking, leading creative strategy, and creatively inspiring your team and its collaborators. Role * Lead, coach, and inspire Brand Designers to create work that understands users and delivers on-brand, communicative, and performant brand experiences. * Establish and refine processes and standards that help the Brand Design and Marketing team scale and be effective in their work. * Manage a productive marketing-design partnership that elevates our brand while growing our audience and users. * Partner with cross-functional leaders to develop brand-marketing strategies and roadmaps that meet user needs and business objectives. * Create and manage brand tools/systems to uphold our brand across all company outputs. * Define, hire, and manage Brand Design and other creative team roles. * Partner with design leaders in defining, building, and demonstrating a design culture that is supportive, transparent, empowering, and best-in-class. * Partner with design leaders to ensure a cohesive, consistent audience and user experience across all channels and advocate for human-centered principles across the company. * Collaborate with VP of Design in the execution of the Parsley Design vision and uphold quality standards for the product design team. Qualifications * Optimistic, enthusiastic, and autonomous doer. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. * Published admirable campaign designs for widely-loved brands. * 10+ years designing brand experiences across all marketing channels. * 3+ years working in-house building an admirable brand is a plus. * Portfolio of digital marketing and communications work demonstrating taste and aesthetic, process, thoughtfulness, and communications fluency; identity, campaigns, OOH, social, emails, mobile and desktop web, and beyond. * Expertise in communication design (layout, typography, color). * Proficiency with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.) and marketing channels (print, OOH, social, email, web). * Exposure to human centered design and user research methods (e.g., interviews, surveys, testing, and more). * Comfort in a fast-paced, high-growth, and lean digital marketing environment. * Interests in health, wellness, and the future of healthcare are a plus.
